Instructions would be nice but another seller had great pictures. This seller had them cheaper by more than $10. There may be a video on YouTube about replacing the turn signals on your car, which may help with disassembly and reassembly, but does not help with connection. Pictures from another seller are good for wiring but not for disassembling your mirror. Before you spend any money, watch videos to see if you can install them before you spend any money. About the pros and cons. The pros are easy for the average backyard mechanic to install, look great on my 15 GMC Denali 3500HD, are pretty cool (yes, just an upgrade for looks, not functionality), and set my truck apart. Cons - no instructions, white LEDs are a little dim (so can't really complain due to the tint) and did I mention NO INSTRUCTIONS? The total assembly time was about 1 hour, even without instructions. If you count watching videos on YouTube, add about 15 minutes. A second pair of hands is good but not necessary. Tools needed: T-15 screwdriver, pliers and patience. The lamps were well packaged and securely packaged, every lamp set I have purchased from VIP in the past has been very well packaged. And their prices are the best in my opinion. My general opinion is that these lights are a good upgrade from the OEM markers/turn signals and their installation is fairly easy. It's worth the price I paid and they look good.
