later The outer pouch was not only wet but also had a hole in it and when I opened the outer pouch the product pouch was open and beads and water were floating in the outer packaging. I don't understand why the delivery man didn't notice this when they put it on my porch. Sorry that doesn't sound like my usual praise, but I can't lie.
