The fact that a flash drive cannot be unintentionally folded into itself is one of its many advantages. It's quite cool. There is no reason to be concerned about this at all. The reliability of the brand is excellent, and the pace is really satisfying. With all of its drawbacks: If using plastic made one feel more secure, then the price of the flash drive would not exist.
