Update - December 11, 2020 Downgraded from 2 stars. One of the cups cracked ☹️ It never fell out of your hand or out of the hands of others. I put them on the top rack of the dishwasher last night. And here is one of them chipped. Not so happy anymore as less than a month has passed since purchase.**************** First impression is love and satisfaction.First thing after opening of the package was a brochure. which guarantees redelivery if a part is defective. I then took each piece out of the box and everything was safe and sound. The 4 ounce mug is what I wanted and couldn't find at Walmart, Macy's, Target or Burlington. For me this is the right size to sip masala chai (tea), just the right amount. And the icing on the cake, it came with a stand. The stand helped me save a lot of space, especially in a tiny apartment. The stand seems a little crooked, but it's ok for now. I've used one of the mugs in the microwave and it's ok. I haven't put it in the dishwasher yet. I'll let you know if anything happens after it's been put in the dishwasher or if something happens that needs updating. In general I am happy and content. Suitable for tea lovers who prefer to drink it from a cup rather than a mug.
