Bought this wand to help with neck and shoulder pain. A good buy for a small stick with USB charging function! The stick is covered with soft, almost "velvety" silicone. The charging port is silicone coated, making the toy safe to use in the shower or hot tub. The wand charges quickly. After about 30 minutes, it showed that it was fully charged. I drove it for half an hour and it held a charge. It's still turning on and off and showing full power, so I'm guessing it's still about half an hour extra if not more. The wand has 10 different pattern options. The choices are pretty standard for a wand (constant, ramping, linear, intermittent, SOS style, etc.). I used continuous vibration and pulsation, which was very comfortable and helped relax various muscles. I personally never find a full set of patterns useful, but 10 options gives you a good choice. The vibrating power is strong but cannot compete with plug-in sticks. If you find you never use the high-end power out of the plug in your massager, this portable device packs plenty of power. For my neck and shoulders, this wand gives me more than enough power. The wand is smaller, about 8 inches full length. She fits comfortably in my arms. The power button and template buttons were easy to manipulate. The vibrations move along the entire length of the stick. So keep this in mind if you prefer to hold the massager in such a way that you can feel the vibration in your hands as well as on any part of your body where you use it. A USB charging cable is included, but no dongle. It worked with my Samsung phone dongle and the USB ports on my computer. It also comes with a drawstring carry bag. All of this, plus its compact size, makes it easy to slip into your travel bag when taking it on a trip. Overall I was very satisfied with this product.
