They politely confirmed that I had taken all necessary steps and acknowledged the possibility of product failure while contacting the manufacturers to avoid future failures and ensure the high quality of the product. It is very respectful for the company to take such steps to prevent similar incidents from happening again in the future. This shows that they are committed to delivering on their customer satisfaction promise. I have to admit I'm very impressed. Response time was excellent, customer service was very polite and friendly, and the genuine concern to actually acknowledge, investigate, and correct or prevent product defects was very impressive. They quickly resolved the issue and compensated my inconvenience. I am grateful that the company is committed to upholding ethics and values to truly achieve 100% customer satisfaction. First review: I used the bags according to the instructions, everything seemed to be going well. Unfortunately I was wrong the next morning, the bags lost their vacuum and ended up being filled with air as if I had never sealed them. I'm disappointed as I got them to save space in my closet. 😕 I have used other brands of storage containers in the past with no problems. I am not sure if I received defective bags or if they are just poor quality.
