Useful as a moisturizer. not as moisturizing as i need for my dry skin but the biggest problem was that it gave me cystic acne. I used it a while ago when I first got it and when I got acne I didn't add it to this product at first. I thought it was unrelated. I stopped using it because I got a sample of the face cream and the acne went away. thought nothing of it. When I ran out I started using it again and got cystic acne right away. It was so bad I got it on my chin, jawline and cheeks. Mind you, I never get cystic acne and I only get acne when #1 something triggers it, like a product or #2 monthly hormones, but never that bad. I don't know about it but I couldn't use it and went through the window for a week which annoys me because it wasn't cheap. I never spend a lot of money on face cream and since I finally did I am frustrated that I missed this deadline for a refund. UPDATE: Support contacted immediately. You are the best I have ever dealt with. They really want their customers to be happy with their products. They saw how badly it reacted to my skin and gave me my money back even though I missed the Amazon cutoff. I'm so grateful because it didn't come cheap for me. They even recommended something else from them that might work better with my skin and I'll try that as soon as I get it. Feel free to buy this!
