Works and works well!

I had my doubts about this type of product and did a lot of research before spending money on this product. My bike already has a very comfortable seat, but sometimes after a few hundred kilometers it becomes unbearably uncomfortable. I want something to hold back the discomfort, even if it's just a little. Well, after a test ride on the 530 with it, aside from the backrest, I was shocked at how comfortable it was. Other things hurt, but my butt and back felt great. No pressure and it even helped with knee pain up to about the 500 mile mark when I was just tired and not the pad's fault. I went with the neoprene padding as it offers the most flexible and vibration dampening and I'm not sorry I did. It took some getting used to and some time to set it up. I filled it and then deflated half the air by rolling it in the opposite direction of the valve. I found there was still too much air in there, and while sitting on it, I opened the valve wider to let more air out. Overall, the cushion increased the seat height by about half an inch, but the difference in comfort was surprisingly pleasant. When building my bike, the only issue I had was with the combination of the backrest, handlebars and pad. The backrest sits perfectly against the handlebars on long rides, but increasing the seat height by half an inch with the cushion makes the handlebars feel lower and further away. This resulted in shoulder pain that I had never experienced on a bike before. So I'm still tweaking things. But the pad itself is just phenomenal and I will definitely recommend it to all my friends that I take long trips with. me from now on
