The best thing about Pulse TMS is their customer support team, they are always willing to assist you with any questions or concerns related to your account! They also have great tools for tracking shipments. I dislike how difficult it can be at times to find information through this program; however, once we figured out what tool was needed, everything worked well enough! We were able to track all of our truck movements in one place without having multiple programs open up. This helped us save time as there wasn't anything left undone when an order came into stock that didn't need to go back to being created again from scratch. Tracking invoices has been very helpful too because now we don't lose sight of where inventory goes throughout the year. It's made keeping records quick and easy which makes accounting easier than ever before. Also helps keep things organized.
