False advertising. It will NOT protect against bed bugs! I don't understand the hype. It definitely doesn't do what it's supposed to do in terms of bed bug protection. It's also VERY cheaply made. I purchased this item in December and noticed earlier this month that bed bugs could get onto my bed (FYI both my mattress and box spring have covers). I finally got a couple of interceptors, but they kept coming closer to my bed. A few days ago I decided to pick up my pen box and found holes in the case. Obviously these weren't interceptors but a grenade and the bugs already lived in my feather block and were free to roam around my bed. The holes must have been left over after I put the spring block back onto the bed frame. There are also small holes around the seams that some bed bugs can crawl through. I had to tape the holes and now I need another box spring case. I read the reviews and saw that people had a good experience. Not me. Now there is a two to three month battle against bed bugs. You are ruthless. I bought a case to protect it. I haven't received it. It's terribly done. Do not buy this product.
