This item arrived like its counterpart from the same seller with minimal bubble wrap packaging in the box. It was not fixed or supplemented in any other way. The metal object burst most of the bubbles during transportation, and the leaves deformed, causing the copper color to deform. The petals of each flower were also curved. The shape change produced a clicking sound and an indication that the petals might break if I pushed them further. The heart piece attaches with the bottom bolt and nut to attach the base from below. Since it was bent, some reshaping was required to get the part to fit properly without wobbling. Where he rubbed himself, there are scratches everywhere from transport. I do not recommend. As with the previous item I reviewed, this seller's COPPER NECKLACE HOLDER has an extremely strong metallic odor and I had to wipe it down as it had black dust particles on it.
