Commercial advantages not applicable to the included floor stand: (1) Suitable for iPad Pro 12.9 inch; No, the gooseneck does NOT support the weight of the iPad Pro 12.9 and the base of the floor stand is not heavy enough to support the device when the gooseneck fails (the center of gravity shifts and the entire stand, along with the iPad, falls onto the floor Floor There are holes on the stand for drilling holes in the floor, but no, I didn't drill holes in the floor (2) 360 degree rotation - design does not support 360 degree rotation Height adjustable with "unbreakable stand" Bottom Line: Don't buy again unless product is damaged Damage to the iPad Pro 12.9 is virtually guaranteed if the gooseneck fails and the stand tips over.
