Review on Eafengrow EF51: High-Quality Wood Pocket Knife For Outdoor And Survival Activities by Joseph Hamilton

Nice design, but has Quality Control problems.

Manufacturing quality control is a problem. My knife arrived with a frame that was slightly bent. That did not appear to be due to any shipping damage. Instead, it appears the metal sides were forcefully screwed together. That resulted in the the blade being very hard to open, and once opened, the liner lock didn't latch to prevent it from closing. I tried pushing the liner lock into place manually several times. Although it got a bit smoother, it still wouldn't latch automatically. The bent frame also prevented one of the wooden handles from laying flat. Aside from those problems, there was also a small chunk missing from the other handle. So unfortunately, I had to return the knife for a refund. BTW, I had also ordered the "Eafengrow Dark Folding Knives D2 Blade Plating Titanium Steel Handle Flipper Camping Outdoor Tactical Knife" at the same time. And that one was perfect in every way.
