you are good. The glass is thick enough. One of the parts broke during shipping but since the whole package was so cheap I didn't send it back. the other 15 were fine. They looked a bit dirty when they arrived, but after being washed in the dishwasher they looked fine. For the price this is a good buy! But this is by no means a fantasy. Good for personal use.
