I have been using Bluetooth for many years as I have arthritis in my shoulders and arms and it has been very painful for me to hold my phone for more than a few minutes. I had problems with ear pain when switching between different styles. I saw these and decided to try them. A few things I love is the charging case. So compact and quick to charge. I love that you can set them up on different devices at the same time (phone and computer or tablet to listen to my Audible books) or wear one or the other to save battery life. The sound quality is very clear. For those who are serious about the music - unfortunately I can't say much about it in this area as I don't use it for this purpose. A few things to know - there are three options for advice. I started on Wednesday but after a while it got awkward. Switched to small hints and the problem is solved. If you have a small ear (not an ear canal but an ear), they may be too big. I don't have tiny ears, but I'm no Dumbo and they work for me. The charging cable that was sent stopped working after three months. The seller replaced it without question. First class customer service. The cable is not a standard micro USB, so that should be taken into account. The only way to improve them? Get purple pairs! Yes, I am a purple human. Really nice for the price.
