I like that it can be used with any of our various companies in order to provide updates from multiple teams at once! It has been very helpful in getting everyone involved up-to speed quickly when we have needed an emergency situation arise or need people who are not always available immediately.

Nothing so far - but this could just take some time as there's quite a few features one needs to learn how to use properly before seeing results. Make sure you get good support if something happens where your system isn't working right away/at first try. We're able to keep track of different issues across several businesses without having to send out many separate reminders (which would likely go unanswered).
