I like that our scheduler can be used outside of work hours as well! It is very convenient to use at home while not having my phone nearby when out running errands etc., especially since it also syncs with Outlook so appointments are always up to date where ever we go in our day (I do have an issue sometimes if another app pops open but nothing major).
Would love additional features such as custom alerts from email reminders & time zone change notifications would make this even better!! We now receive calls almost instantly without needing multiple people checking emails throughout each week which makes everyone's life easier during busy times - saves us lots o money by reducing man power costs! I like that it is very straight forward to set up appointments with clients who are not using any other services. It's also nice that they can see what time my open slots are in real-time which allows them to make an informed decision about when their meeting should occur. Not much - just be sure to know how to use the software! We have been able to add new clients by setting up appointments via this service.
