My 14 month old girl weighs over 19 pounds or less. I bought white and gold shoes in size 6 to 12 months, they fit perfectly and last for some time. And she loves them. They have a flexible sole with a padded insole and a soft, slightly stretchy material on the leg with Velcro on the ankle. They are by no means rigid or rigid. Ideal for little soft feet. They fit perfectly and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them! Good price!
