It works - always. on dome cameras
I have had 3 of these cameras for over 3 years. They work 100% in any weather (rain/snow) and below zero. PTZs are always functional, and yes, law enforcement has twice used them to solve crimes. The support is very well organized, fast and responsive. In that regard, Amber is really good. I recommend this company without reservation.
