18 mm bracelet without gold clasp

The order page and the plastic box the bracelet came in clearly states that the gold buckle is included (silver is installed). There was no extra buckle included in any of the packages. Also note that the image showing it comes with two buckles has now been removed from the order page, although my original package clearly shows otherwise. Luckily the silver buckle was exactly what I wanted and other than that the strap is fine. Three stars for missing part.
