We couldn't live without them in our house. We used to buy it elsewhere and my 3 year old took the term 'boo boo patch' for it. Whenever she gets a bump or a bite, she goes straight to the freezer and pulls it out and keeps telling me how much better her cold makes her feel. I've had this for a few months and still love it. This patch appears to be well done and still looks like we bought it. We had the first one for about a year and a half before it got a small hole in the seam. Overall I think it was a good investment for the money spent.
