I ordered 3 pieces in different colors. I decided I didn't like the rust color. Return not possible! I have not seen anywhere in the offer that you cannot return this item. I didn't even take it out of my pocket. I just don't like the color and I would like to return it, but apparently I can't! So make sure you get the color you like! No turning back! Should be clearly marked as such! Otherwise, these are very cute hats, especially good when the hair is tied in a ponytail. My biggest complaint is that they all fit differently. I have a grey, very tight, beige that fits well and this one, rusty, loose. Strange. So can't recommend 100% but yes it's a cute hat and warm. Much luck!
