I paid extra to buy these for my 2003 Dodge Ram specifically as they were described as CAN module compatible. This. Overall the fit and finish is exceptional for a signal light and I believe if I were to use them as position lights they would be more than satisfactory. They will not fit behind the factory reflectors and must be removed to install. This makes the red body highly visible to anyone walking by. Which is the least of your worries considering they don't work as running lights/turn signals anyway. I think if I test these lightbulbs pin by pin I will find that they are two pins in parallel positive and two pins in parallel negative which means they don't have a high and low voltage circuit.
