If you need this printer for wireless I would say don't go - RUN to something else. I'll spare you the literal hours I've spent on useless HP instructions, troubleshooting attempts, and fruitless workarounds. Here is the short version. The printer is connected to my WiFi, no problem. Then to get it online it should have printed out a claim code but instead printed out a sheet with instructions on "what to do if you haven't received a claim code". I followed them exactly, but it kept giving me the "reload web services" message. There is no guide on how to overcome it. I disabled the firewall but no. The HP website did not help. They have no technical support. Their automatic "chat" is like a parrot-like loop. I connected my husband in case I missed something and we used another computer and his web browser. Same results. Eventually I used the USB connection and was able to print. But I bought this printer for its wireless capabilities. i will return it Big mistake. If you found my review helpful, I would really appreciate it if you click the helpful button. Thank you for reading! lic
