Rating #3 Good - sound came in and out of the right side. I then contacted support. They asked me a few questions, I gave them my Revain order number and they sent me a new pair of headphones. I love these things. Sound, BT connectivity and form factor. Thank you support. Rating #2 after purchase Feb 2021, now June 2nd - the sound on the right comes and goes. I was very careful with this pair. I have contacted the seller and we will see what the result will be. First review - I use it every day. So much so that this is my 3rd set. The reason they are my 3rd set is because I like the profile, the sound (has 3 levels of EQ), phone calls sound great and are subtle. Yes, pulling and breaking the wires, which in most cases is my fault, is enough to kill a channel. BUT, for about $30 this thing is the bomb. I've bought others (some with top reviews) and didn't like their size, sound quality on calls, and terrible Bluetooth. I turned my head with my phone in my back pocket and they stopped and started. They worked great! I gave it 5 stars because if you are looking for top notch knick knacks they are not the best in the range but I work as a handyman and they wear them all day and they are perfect.
