While I can't comment on the durability of this cable as I've only had it for two weeks, I'm very impressed with its quality. I have the 6 inch version (it's actually two inches longer than six feet or 188 cm). It's made from a very durable material, so it works well despite being twice the length of the official USB-C spec. I use it to connect my Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ to my Windows 10 laptop and it works like a charm. It charges my Note's battery. It transfers data between it and the laptop (which makes it appear as an external drive, so I can copy files between the Note and the laptop both ways). It also works with Samsung DeX, allowing me to use my laptop's desktop as an external monitor for my Samsung Note, right down to watching a movie by running the Android version of VLC on the Note while watching a full screen video on the 4k watch the monitor connected to my laptop and hear the sound (on the audio output of the laptop) in real time. (And yes, even with a keyboard and mouse plugged into my laptop.) I can also develop Android apps on my laptop and run them on my Note. This is only important for Android developers, but if you're one of them, you'll be glad to know that it runs smoothly. Overall it does everything I've tried and does it very well. .
