Industrial starch for home cooking. This top of the range allowed us to maximize our 30 inch width limit by placing the four burners so well. The beautiful blue flame makes cooking a pleasure, while the high calorific value and wide flame shape give you more control. Installation was easy as the counter was cut to allow the use of forward facing handles. Not recommended for homes with young children as it is very easy to turn on this flame and there is no main switch on the top.
- The extendable gas range gives you the flexibility you need to prepare all your favorite dishes with precision. Comes with 4 universal burner sizes, two single 18,000 BTU burners, one single 12,000 BTU burner, 15,000 BTU dual ring burners (650 BTU for simmering) for even heat distribution for simmering, simmering, roasting, steaming, melting or even caramelizing!
