For the past few years I have suffered from chronic hip/low back pain, sciatica. So much time and money wasted in our pathetic "medical" cesspool. I've had my Mobilitas for a couple of weeks but haven't really used them except to roll my hips against the wall. Then, in November 2015, I read in Oprah magazine why stretching is the most important thing you don't do. He quoted David Reavey, the founder of React Physical Therapy in Chicago, and he had "five stretches every woman should do." EXCELLENT article. The two drills required "gluing two lacrosse balls together." I did the first exercise with Mobilitas and was thrilled. At first I thought it was too painful to continue but I stuck with it and gradually felt my back/hip/leg relax. I immediately felt 60 percent better. I did the exercises again today and I'm at 80 percent. I wish I had heard about Mobilitas and Reavy 2.5 years ago. My problem was tight hip flexors. I'm really pissed that the "pros" I went to didn't know anything about muscle relaxation. One day I will go to Chicago and make an appointment at React. This article alone changed my life. I'm going on trips and my Mobilitas is already in the suitcase. I won't leave the house without him.
