Great company - super fast shipping and great packaging. The heater is excellent and versatile! Got this for my husband who has COPD and CHF and needs to cover his face to protect his heart and lungs from breathing cold air (we have lots of these here in NE Ohio). It's so much easier to use than masks that go around your ears, and they're so soft - and can keep your ears warm while keeping your breath warm so you're not straining your heart and lungs! Exactly what the doctor ordered! We will order a few more - for us to share! The only downside he mentioned is that his glasses fog up when he wears them, so he doesn't wear them warm! Someone in my husband's cardiac rehab class liked it so much they asked where he got it - I sent a computer printed list pinned to a card with ribbon wrapped around it. We've re-ordered a few more - a turnaround print for me - and when it gets cold again - can't wait to try it out. My husband likes it a lot more than the previous one and really uses it - it's so versatile!
