Review on Educational Insights Heart Studded Playfoam Collectible by Chris Willis

My 5 and 8 year olds loved it! And it was perfect when suddenly school was cancelled. It's similar to the concept of Hatchimals and LOL dolls in that they get a "surprise package" that kids LOVE and my kids are no exception. You get this cute heart, gemstone, surprise unicorn and foam to play with. My kids loved it because it was cute, they had fun colors, a surprise gift and of course a jewel. The foam was a bonus because they could build a bed and home for their new unicorns. As a parent, I appreciated that the foam was NOT messy or sticky and didn't dry out like clay. I'm also not a fan of Hatchimals or lol dolls because once you find the surprise you're pretty much done with the toy. But these unicorns have these ropes for my kids to play with or attach to their backpacks and the foam allows for more meaningful play. They could use their creativity and motor skills to create and play and it wasn't messy. As a parent I really appreciate the NO-MESS aspect and also that the toy has a developmental learning aspect. The only negative is that I didn't quite understand what the foam was for - maybe it was obvious, but I kept looking at the instructions for more information. But all that matters to me is that my kids loved it and were busy with the day 🙌🏻
