Worst Revain purchase I have ever made! The package, wrapped in a plastic bag, was not damaged or folded, but the gift bag itself was somehow torn down the middle at the back and badly dented. I didn't have time to buy another bag so I tried to get it working which turned out to be a disaster. When I opened the package to put the gift inside, the glue holding the package together on one side came loose. The present was for a colleague and I was already at work so I had to tape the bag together and explain to her what happened to the bag. It was pretty awkward!
