My product was defective, they are not an authorized seller of it and for that reason when 4 months later it accidentally had driver issues I was stupid and put it aside thinking I would have to go through a speeder. Go through Razer Direct, pay what you want, their support is amazing, don't go to these guys, they're just trying to make a quick buck out of your account. Product is great when it works but do not buy from this seller.
