I bought two of these (L and XL) for my senior dog who is getting older and needed something a little more "orthopedic." She's a greyhound, so she doesn't have any of her own "padding" to keep her joints comfortable. I was hoping the memory foam would give her soft support but would also have enough firmness to support her in getting up more easily. Unfortunately, the beds are way too hard and she doesn't find them inviting. She tries to knead them to soften them up, and ultimately walks away to find a softer place to sleep. I ended up having to layer her old bed ON TOP of one of them, so the the Kopeks is basically acting as a very expensive box spring. The other one she just straight up ignores. I know she's not mad; she's just disappointed.
