The small box that this mascara came in had a 'security seal' on the top flap of the box. HOWEVER, the bottom of the box was open and the ink tube was open, the lid half open. Upon closer inspection, there was mascara in the box. Repayment. Lesson? NEVER assume an item is secure unless the TOP flap is sealed with one of those plastic stickers. People assume that anyone who can bother with this is not smart enough to realize that they can open the box from the bottom, get at the item, and put it back in without breaking the top seal.
