Don't waste your money and time!

UPDATE: Received February 15; Since March 24, the right earbud doesn't even work anymore, don't waste your money. There's not really a button to turn them on, so all you can do is press them, although they should only turn on when taken out of the charging case, but you won't do that again. This suggests you can get up to 3 hours of audio/playback time, which isn't true at all, at least for me. I bought them to use at work, I work in a manufacturing facility, very noisy equipment, and found myself listening to podcasts when they help with both car noise and to pass the time. However, these headphones do not help me in both cases in the main. They barely last 2 hours before the batteries die. It will give 2 low battery warnings within a minute and then turn off. The charging case basically allows you to fully charge them once when they're fully charged, but I swear the playtime is shorter if I'm charging them from a charger that's not plugged into a power source. I charged them all night, all day, went to work at 10:00 p.m., ran out of battery at midnight, put them in a portable charging box, put them back at 4:00 a.m., were out at 5:30 a.m they empty and the charging case showed the number 12. When I put in the charging case, I'm home, the display suddenly said 54, rising gently to 188; but as soon as the power goes out for a few minutes he talks over 92. My podcasts are very difficult to hear due to the background noise of machines running, I'm constantly trying to make them better/deeper so I can really hear everything the podcast is saying . It would be great if I could turn the volume up louder, the max volume isn't great, maybe a little over half the others I have. I hear a lot better when I put my hands behind my ears, but work in general means I have to work and not just stand there with my hands over my ears. They're pretty comfortable, that's all they need. . I also think it's a minus that they are touch-sensitive. They try to connect as soon as you take them out and as you try to put them in and position yourself they have now started and stopped either your show, music or podcast at least half a dozen times lol and if you have gloves on can't pause turn off raise or turn down the volume. I'd rather have a button or buttons than a touch. To be honest I'd happily return them if I had the chance, they're in the bin now, it hasn't even been two months. Only the right earbud turns on and I can't turn up the volume as that option seems to be on the right earbud, which doesn't work and the touch options no longer work at all. I wish there was a real button. can be pressed or held to turn on/off and increase/decrease the volume.
