After trying a few coolers I've realized that you really can't tell if a particular cooler will work or not for your laptop unless you read about have the right testing mechanism in place. Also, the fans should be oriented to face or coincide with the laptop vents. With that in mind, all I was looking for was a quiet cooler. This fits the bill. I am using an ASUS TUF A15 laptop. I will buy another one for my ASUS ROG 17 inch. It can accommodate large laptops. The cooler is quiet. Literally quiet (at least compared to others). You can't tell by the sound. That's cool. I've been using this for almost a month.
