How come you don't mention that they aren't certified for use after 2022 and therefore not covered by the warranty, seller? Is the assurance still valid, and if so, what steps will you take to implement them? The problem has been fixed, the headphones have been returned, and the money has been refunded. They said there was a problem with the delivery. Alternate benefits: The headphones themselves are flawless and raise no red flags, but wearing them for extended periods of time causes discomfort. The music sounds great, and the call quality is outstanding. Cons: I was wrong to assume that wearing these would be painful. I tried them on first to make sure, however after about half an hour the discomfort sets in. After they are on properly, a few millimeters won't make a difference. I called customer care to see if I could obtain replacement overlays (I'd read that they fixed the problem; I use small ones, but they don't fit and are too hard), but they identified the headphones as being from the United Arab Emirates and stating that they weren't certified until 2022.
