The ability to communicate directly from one employee's shift sheet, or timecard entry screen for example (which can then show up in an email), through all other screens/sheets throughout their day - whether it was another manager requesting timesheets etc., supervisors approving hours worked by each worker during shifts they are supervising, payroll processing them out at end-of-day as well as any paychecks issued after approval! I don't like how easy this system makes things too simple sometimes though because some people will always want more options than what we have set up already. It does make life easier when there isn’t much work going into setting everything up but also has its downsides where someone could easily get overwhelmed if not careful enough about managing expectations before using such software first hand. We're solving problems related to ensuring our workers know exactly which days off they should take next.
