I bought this sampler after trying the hair products from the same brand. The sampler was really messed up when I received it. I called the seller and they said they’re not responsible. the products are not bad, it’s just difficult to use them since they’re pretty much shredded on my box! I’ll be buy straight from Ethique in the future
