We measured our children and the size chart is also wrong. I thought the other reviewers just didn't measure. My son's customs declaration (conversion) was exactly what size 2 said. I ordered 2 (which he wears outdoor shoes), it was too small. I ordered 4, they fit perfectly. The problem was that I placed 2 orders separately. My other teammates showed me their shoes. I ordered a size 13 and a size 2 (for my two kids) and then ordered a 4 and a 5 (just in case people were right). I received 4 and 5 (as a second order) 2 weeks before my first order. My daughter was barefoot (she has a size 13 street shoe and needed a size 2 which I originally ordered for my son).
