I used 18 gigabit 4k cables for my TV and 4k player, both of which support Dolby Vision technology, and the picture looked very good, with good colors and clarity. I decided to try this cable because of its cheap price and 48Gb/s performance. There seemed to be a noticeable difference. Colors become even brighter and the image appears deeper. Improved sharpness and contrast. The cable is quite flexible. I didn't really think these cables would make much of a difference, but I was surprised because the picture beforehand looked very good again. I suspect something, but you might not notice that much of a difference if your TV and player don't have Dolby Vision.
