After reading good and bad reviews, I decided to take a risk and buy. It was the cheapest and free shipping. Let me tell you it was 100% worth it! Yes, the ball is a bit small, but who cares? That does the job and I don't need the tape. It closed securely, didn't see at all and with a puff of powder gave the effect I was looking for. Both pouches are completely filled with powder, and I recommend placing them on top of a plastic cup so it's off the ground when you pedal.
