I have 3 herniated discs in my neck which cause daily headaches, tingling in my upper back and excruciating burning pain in my left shoulder. A friend told me about Posture Pump and suggested I try it. Soon I bought myself. My advice. TAKE IT SLOW. train. First prime the pump with two full pressures. I did that on the advice of my Ciro, who said he sees people going overboard with the pomp. So I did 2 full contractions in about 3 minutes, exhaled for 3 minutes and repeated 3 times. I did this every other day for the first week. There is always a day off in between. Then I did 3 compressions at the same time on the same days. Then up to 4 compressions where I stayed for almost 2 years to be honest. I can't imagine total inflation, but I think everyone is different. I only use it twice a week and my headaches are GONE. I haven't had another MRI, but I assume my discs are no longer bulging because I don't have the pain I used to. GO SLOW and STOP. If you feel this is increasing your pain, go back to inflation, but don't give up. Stay with your Ciro too. Both are the solution for me. I would like to give more than 5 stars!
