There are so many razor configurations out there but for me the Gillette Sensor5 is the most effective for getting the smoothest shave in one go without the inevitable nicks, cuts, blood and irritation. It's not just his five-blade razors, as I've used many inefficient five-blade razors; Instead, it's the proximity of the blades to one another that ensures its high performance. Also an excellent swivel head, allowing it to closely follow the contours of the skin and face.
