Lightweight laminate construction, plastic handles, nice imitation wood, and easy to assemble
The purpose of this piece was to maintain my husband's hobby (making military dioramas) and he loves it. It is easy to assemble, no problem. Just note that while the cabinet looks good - for a laminated item - it is a good value item, very light and the drawer handles are all plastic. Drawers also have no guides and stops. So the price seems high, but upon inspection it found the most affordable and practical element of what was needed: decent looking storage.
