I used this in my car to add a video input to the stock head unit. The interface kit included a cable that was supposed to do the same thing as this one but didn't work so I used that and it works great. I installed an HDMI/USB port instead of an accessory outlet so I can use any source from a Chromecast to a DVD player. It's almost as good as you can get from a composite and it works great.
