Review on 🐶 Alkaline Holistic Dog Food from Canine Caviar with Limited Ingredients by Juanita Riles

Revainrating 3 out of 5

My dog doesn't like the taste.

Our Chihuahua was itching like crazy, and after injections of steroids and other medications, we tested her for allergies. It turns out she's allergic to beef, rice, barley, white potatoes, sweet potatoes, venison, and various other foods. Trying to find dog food that didn't use rice or potatoes as fillers proved SO difficult! Canine Caviar Dry All Holistic Lamb/Millet was the first product to use millet which she tolerates but hates the taste of it! I used to make homemade dog food—chicken, oatmeal, and zucchini—but I was hoping to find dog food she could eat so I'd stop making my own. She only eats dog caviar with chicken and oatmeal, so I STILL have to cook the meal! Does anyone make dog food that dogs actually want to eat that also has very limited ingredients and does NOT use potatoes or rice? On a positive note, she tolerates dog caviar (mixed with oatmeal and chicken) - the itching has greatly reduced.
