Okay, this thing is as pretty as a button. And almost the size. But don't let that put you off, this little coffee maker will make you the best cup of pressed coffee I've ever had. If you don't want to brew more than one cup at a time, this coffee maker is for you. Make sure your coffee is ground correctly, the water is HOT and you have time to enjoy your coffee. The glass of the coffee carafe keeps the coffee warm in case you forget to make coffee and leave it on the counter for ten to thirty minutes. The rubber base is easy to put on and take off, so I never wash it with it to keep it from deteriorating. If you push down a little, the carafe will "suck" itself slightly against the counter for extra stability! While this may seem delicate to you as it is actually glass and not a brittle crystal, don't get carried away and worry about your coffee and you'll be fine. my cup but I don't mind, I use coffee so well I'd be chewing on beans if I lost my coffee maker or Keurig. I'm actually planning on getting the larger version as I love press coffee so much I'm ready to up the ante! Happy brewing!
