This is a great chair. We bought this for my son. When it came in a section of lights wasn't working properly. I emailed the company and it was handled immediately. I was given several resolutions to choose from, all very reasonable and appropriate. Excellent customer service.We've had the chair 4 months or 5 years in teenage gamer time. It is in excellent condition. It has held up through battles, tantrums, snacks, sideways sleeping, initial push all the buttons and recline it 20 times in a row phase. So far, so good.
