Deeply disappointed that a piece of plastic on the corner of the locking mechanism came out of the already broken box. I don't think it will affect structural integrity right away and it still works - for now. However, it is absurd to pay so much money for a product that claims to be strong and durable and yet it breaks in a critical area. The box is also quite heavy, which usually means durability and better materials, but apparently that's not the case. upset.
